I'm currently having an issue where I can't access missions or the VR world with a new game after getting to the VR world, the prompt to hit up on the D-pad won't show up, but it does for the save station and the doors

I only noticed it happened after I had to quit the game while fighting gravity beetle, because he launched me offscreen during phase 3, softlocking the game. Redownloading it or using different save slots and gamepads doesn't fix the issue, would there be a work around for me?
