Have your say before our survey closes 😊 ➡️ https://lnkd.in/eaUZEyKR We are collecting insights for our next report and would love to hear from you before the end of the week. In life sciences, people of color are underrepresented. This trend begins at entry level and gets worse as seniority rises. According to several recent findings: 🟣 Non-Asian people of color make up just 14% of the biopharma workforce 🟣 Despite representing 13.4% of the U.S population, Black professionals make up just 6% of the life sciences workforce 🟣 More than three quarters (76%) of life sciences executives are white By exploring this trend, we aim to raise awareness about how a lack of diverse teams negatively impacts life sciences developments and innovation. #diversity #survey #lifesciences #inclusion

At Meet, we’re big on recognizing the people who’ve helped shape our journey. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we love celebrating the individuals who are growing alongside us. One of the ways we recognize this is through the Meet Passport ✈️ The Meet Passport is available to all employees on their four-year work anniversary, offering a week working from one of our five global offices. With travel, accommodation, and meals covered, plus a day of PTO to explore, it's a chance to experience a new city while connecting with colleagues globally. This time, it was Glenn Southam and Caleb M.'s turn to get their passports stamped, trading London for sunny San Diego ☀️ 🌍️ Read more about the Meet Passport and their San Diego adventure here: https://lnkd.in/edP7uJqt #LifeAtMeet #MeetPassport
