Your knowledge of a local market is a huge competitive advantage. When Albert's Schloss wanted to launch their Liverpool location after expanding to Birmingham, they needed lead generation and mailing list building before the grand opening. Serotonin developed a multifaceted digital strategy using on-platform lead generation forms on Facebook and Instagram, plus an awareness-focused video views campaign. We generated 3,313 leads with a CPL of £0.51, while also achieving 876,060 impressions and 15,288 ThruPlays at a cost-efficient £0.09 per ThruPlay. When Banana Tree opened in Stevenage, we didn't copy-paste a London strategy. We created a locally targeted media campaign that built so much hype the soft launch sold out in record time. 122K impressions, 5K website visitors, 1.5K sign ups in the local area. Generic campaigns produce generic results. Local insight drives local engagement. Each market has distinct characteristics. Different social behaviors. Unique competitive landscapes. Specific cultural references. Agencies that recognize these differences win. Agencies that ignore them waste budgets on messages that don't resonate.
