Rite of the Fall is a lite RPG made for Godot Wild Jam #85. 

Play a Shrine maiden, Hikari, and oppose the evil Ice Demon to save your home grove from chaos magic. Don't let Winter come before Fall!

Your goal is to clean all sacred trees and energy sources from the chaos spells.

Collect forest fruits, leaves and fallen stars from the ground—they will help you with the cleansing rite minigame. Each kind of fruit affects the parameters of the minigame in its own way.

You can also consume them to restore energy.

Game mechanics and most of the visual assets were made in one week for the jam. Music, some visual assets and the ragdoll of MC were reused from our previous projects. 

Controls

Use WASD or arrow keys to move your character. Alternatively, click anywhere on the ground to travel there. Press the Shift key to run. Beware, running consumes your energy. When your energy is depleted, you will become vulnerable to dark magic. Click on objects to interact with them.
