If the Amazin Pay express checkout is greyed out, it’s almost certain that your Merchant account is still not approved. Did you try switching to sandbox mode to see if Express checkout has the same behaviour? Better if you test this in a staging site.Looking forward for your response.

Amazon Pay works for Physical and Digital products, it also supports subcriptions.

- Please send us a Screenshot of the admin order page (you can blur sensitive data) and if there is any logs related to the order in WooCommerce > Status > Logs in the Amazon Pay logs.
- try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.
