Use the JSON formatter
Perform the following steps using the JSON formatter:
Open the Testing Toolkit Chrome extension.
Click on JSON Formatter under Productivity Tools.
On this screen you can use the following features:

| Upload JSON | Click this button to upload a .json file from your system.The file contents will be parsed and formatted in the editor automatically. |
| Text Editor | Paste unformatted JSON directly into the input field. JSON is auto-formatted as you type or paste. |
| Auto Format JSON in Browser (Toggle) | When ON (default), formats JSON automatically upon paste or edit. When OFF, disables auto-formatting; use manual format button {}. |
| Clear | Clears all contents from the editor. |

Manually trigger formatting (useful when auto-format is disabled). |
| Copy to Clipboard | Copies the formatted JSON to your clipboard in one click. |
| Open in New Tab | Opens the editor in a new browser tab for distraction-free formatting. |
If you open a .json file directly in the browser, the JSON formatter will automatically format its contents.
