Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We are happy to accept ONLINE returns and exchanges if they are received within 14 days of receiving your item(s), as long as the original labels are attached to the garments and they are in perfect condition. To begin the process, please complete our returns form below.

How it works

  1. If you want to return your purchase or exchange it for another item, please complete our online returns form. Once completed, you will be provided with the details required to send your item(s) back to us. If you are requesting an exchange, a member of our team will be in touch once we have received your form to confirm the details.
  2. Include in your package the printable returns slip. If you do not have a printer, please complete the returns form and then write down the details shown on the returns slip on a piece of paper, and enclose this instead.
  3. Please send us any items you’d like to return or exchange by post – ideally recorded delivery. Please return the item within 14 days of purchase. If it’s longer you will receive a credit note.
  4. We process refunds on the same day as we receive the return and you will receive an e-mailed receipt to confirm the transaction has taken place.
  5. Please note that to receive a refund or a credit note the original labels must still be attached to the garment. Please do not remove labels unless you are sure you are keeping the item(s).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR SHOPS

For any full price items purchased in our shops you are welcome to exchange them OR receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as the original labels are attached. After that we are happy to offer a credit note for a further 7 days.
Our credit notes have no time limit on their usage.

For SALE items purchased in our shops no returns are permitted.

Christmas Gifts

We understand that gifts are purchased well in advance for Christmas. For gifts purchased in advance of Christmas (for example at Spirit of Christmas) we will extend our Returns policy until the two weeks after Christmas Day.  We will give a credit note or exchange up to and including that date. The final date for Christmas returns for 2025 is Jan 8th.

Return Exceptions

If the item has been worn or has had it’s labels removed then please do not return it. Also as per the industry norm we are unable to accept returns for pierced earrings.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange any items – that’s no problem, just let us know what you’d like to change it for via our returns form and we’ll do this with pleasure. If there is a difference to pay or refund we will organise this with you.

Paper Free

We do not enclose returns forms in with our deliveries in order to reduce the amount of paper we generate. To proceed with your return or exchange request, please complete our returns form below.
