Better internal and valid path detection

Some path detection is fault.

[current-user:url]
The is path is absolute (for ex. http://localhost/user/3), but internal.

/[current-user:url]
Token with slash: (for ex. /http://localhost/user/3/ or /http:\\example.com\) is valid (theoretically).
