asm89/stack-cors v0.2.1 is not compatible with Symfony 3 which we want to upgrade in #2712647: Update Symfony components to ~3.1. https://github.com/asm89/stack-cors/issues/26 is the issue to get a stable release for asm89/stack-cors.

Proposed resolution

Update asm89/stack-cors to dev-master so that we can update to Symfony 3 as soon as possible.
Revert depending changes from https://www.drupal.org/node/1869548.

#2712643: Update behat/* to 1.7.1 and fabpot/goutte to 3.1.2 has been reverted - I don't think we should add it back in till it has a proper release that supports Symfony 3.
