Ex-NATO chief: Ukraine victory 'absolutely within reach'

Jens Stoltenberg, former NATO secretary-general, told DW the trans-Atlantic alliance faces serious disagreements but he's hopeful the relationship isn't over.

On the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, Jens Stoltenberg, the former NATO chief, told DW the trans-Atlantic relationship remains strained but that tensions eased after US Secretary of State Marco Rubio signaled that Washington wants dialogue with Europe.

He also spoke to DW Brussels correspondent Teri Schultz about NATO spending, Ukraine, and why he believes Ukraine can "prevail."
