How to get job after long gap and without experience

Question

I am a 2025 pass out engineering student. When I completed my engineering, I could not start working because of some family problems. Now that things are sorted, I don't want my education to go to waste. But I am finding it hard to get a job because companies either hire freshers or people with experience. I don't qualify as either of them. Is there a way I can work in the technical field or should I just find some other way?
