What do you like best about iService?

It is a robust solution for CRM, omnichannel customer service, mass emailing and knowledge base creation. Once the baseline setup is complete, every function is clear and works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iService?

I'm sad to see that it only has connections to Zapier, we primarily use Microsoft Flow-based process automation. It was pretty hard to set it up and get used to it because we had to move all our existing processes to a new platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
