What people dislike about Zoho Mail
Limited Storage in Lower Tiers / Free Plan
The free plan gives only 5 GB which many users say is low, especially compared to Gmail’s 15 GB.
Even paid plans in some cases are felt to have insufficient storage when you have many attachments, large media, etc.
Custom Domain Setup & Initial Configuration Can Be Tricky
Some users report that setting up DNS records, SPFs, DKIM/DMARC, aliases etc., or migrating from other services (Outlook, Exchange, etc.) can be confusing or unreliable.
There are situations where contact/calendar sync (especially via CardDAV / ActiveSync) doesn’t work cleanly, or fields don’t map / edits don’t sync correctl Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
