Hello I am trying to delete my account linked to ar***rm***u@g***l.com, at first I set up a jotform account but accidentally attached it to my personal email but when i send a client a form it will be sent from personal email so i tried to somehow link it to my other email I use for business and then somehow i was able to delete the personal but the artform one i cant delete. Also when i log in the set up looks differently and when i click on account i don't get all the option just name and email so I'm wondering if this is even set up correct. Is there a way to delete this account so i can start over.

Hi,
Over the last 2 days we have been unable to login. I get message that there is an error. It is useless talking to AI which I have been doing. When I attempt to login, I get message " an authentication code has been sent to a email address. unfortunately, that person is overseas and cannot be contacted.
