Effectiveness of Text Message Outreach to Promote Enrollment in a Government Food Assistance Program: Pilot Randomized Trial

To assess intervention effects, we conducted a per-protocol analysis, excluding 177 households in the intervention group that did not successfully receive the text message. Excluded households were demographically similar to those that successfully received the message, which, in turn, were similar to the delayed control group. All analyses were run in Stata 16 (Stata Corp).

Moringa oleifera Supplementation for Reducing Heavy Metal Toxicity and Oxidative Stress in Pregnant Women: Protocol for a Nonrandomized Trial Study

Moringa oleifera Supplementation for Reducing Heavy Metal Toxicity and Oxidative Stress in Pregnant Women: Protocol for a Nonrandomized Trial Study

Each participant provided 10 m L of venous blood sample, acquired using a tube lined with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and kept at a temperature of 2‐8 °C until analysis. For MDA and 8-OHd G analyses, blood samples were centrifuged to obtain plasma and stored at temperatures of −80 °C until analysis. Heavy metals, 8-OHd G, and MDA concentrations as the outcomes will be measured at 2 time points: baseline (preintervention) and postintervention (after 8 weeks).

Development of an Intervention for Managing Adolescent Anxiety Using Community-Based Participatory Methods: Protocol

Specifically, confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach α will be used to evaluate the scale’s factor structure and internal consistency. Given previous use of the GAD-7 questionnaire in similar samples of youth of color [27,28], we anticipate that the scale will demonstrate strong psychometric properties in this population [29,30].

Effects, Feasibility, and Safety of an Early Mobilization Protocol With Immersive Virtual Reality for Dyspnea in Patients With Acutely Decompensated Heart Failure: The MOVE Randomized Clinical Trial

Adjustments were made based on the analysis of the pilot data, including adding fields to track participants’ reasons for missing sessions and a descriptive section for session notes, including any adverse events. This study included patients who had been diagnosed with ADHF and had been admitted to the ICU of HCPA. The diagnosis was confirmed by a medical team independent of the research team.

Digital Health Technology Compliance With Clinical Safety Standards In the National Health Service in England: National Cross-Sectional Study

Our unit of analysis was organizations; therefore, many ethical and privacy considerations regarding human participants were not applicable to our study. Nevertheless, we sought and received ethics approval from the University College London Research Ethics Committee (30–IHIREC), and steps were taken to ensure that only organizations, rather than individuals, were represented in our data.
