Cyber defenders need speed, clarity, and precision. That’s why we’re working to advance how AI supports critical cyber missions. Booz Allen is a participant in Anthropic’s Project Glasswing and is testing Claude Mythos Preview for defensive cybersecurity work on our own software and systems. Project Glasswing brings together organizations committed to securing critical infrastructure and services. We’re contributing to efforts that accelerate defensive insights and help critical systems stay protected against AI-speed threats. America's leadership in the 21st century will be defined by the decisions we make about AI right now. At last week’s Reagan National Economic Forum at the Ronald Reagan Institute, Booz Allen CEO Horacio Rozanski joined Chairman Jason Smith of the House Ways and Means Committee and Katie Koch, CEO of TCW, for a panel on preserving America's leadership in an ever-changing world. Horacio connected our latest cyber research to a bigger warning: adoption of Chinese LLMs is accelerating. Allowing these models to proliferate inside our nation’s software supply chain is a threat to both our economic and national security. And our window to act is short. We must move faster to win the AI race. ▶️Watch the full panel: https://lnkd.in/egBHeQQR 📄 Read the research: https://lnkd.in/euSgexzG

This morning, Booz Allen CEO Horacio Rozanski joined Fox Business Network's Maria Bartiromo to share the findings from our latest cyber research and its implications for national security. When we tested the trustworthiness of U.S. and Chinese AI models, the results were clear: Chinese LLMs produce more vulnerable code, especially when the user appears to be from the U.S. government. These vulnerabilities are difficult for traditional tools to detect. As these lower-cost models accelerate into the U.S. software supply chain, the vulnerabilities they produce come with them. Horacio's message: untrusted models should not be used in national security or critical infrastructure contexts. The time to act is now to secure America’s software supply chain. AI-generated code is quickly becoming part of America’s software supply chain. And the LLM behind it matters. In new testing, Booz Allen evaluated leading Chinese and American LLMs head-to-head and uncovered concerning differences in: • Code security • Political bias • How models behaved when the user appeared to be from the U.S. government Our findings raise important questions about trust in AI-generated software. See what our data-driven testing revealed in the latest issue of “Behind the Code.”

AI becomes mission‑ready when humans stay in the loop. Hear from John Silvas, Booz Allen Vice President for Digital Engineering, on how we're helping mission teams build systems that enable faster, more informed decisions in complex environments.
The future of #engineering is here, and it’s being defined by the seamless convergence of human expertise and #AI. The evolving role of the engineer is not about replacing human skills with automation—far from it. Instead, it’s about working shoulder-to-shoulder with AI to enhance the way we design, build, and innovate. As engineers, our responsibility is clear: provide AI with better inputs, deeper intent, and stronger context to create the best possible solutions. At Booz Allen Hamilton, we are leading the transformation in engineering, unlocking new opportunities across a spectrum—from hardware-software integrations to pure software solutions—and harnessing the power of AI to accelerate innovation. Our expertise in systems, coupled with our ability to synthesize emerging technologies, is driving a new era of AI-enhanced engineering. This is a time for visionaries, innovators, and problem-solvers who believe in technology’s potential to transform our world for the better. Together, we’ll continue to break barriers and redefine what engineering can achieve. #HumanInTheLoop
