  • At C Spire, we’re committed to creating opportunities for team members to keep learning and growing. This past year, team members across the company participated in our Mentorship Program, creating space for learning, connection, and real development. Throughout the program, mentees focused on building skills that support both personal and professional growth, including leadership, communication, strategic thinking, time management, and workflow optimization. Through meaningful conversations, guidance, and real-world insight from their mentors, participants strengthened those skills and gained practical perspective they can carry throughout their careers. They also expanded their networks, heard new perspectives, and built relationships that will continue well beyond the program. Congratulations to our mentors and mentees, and thank you for helping strengthen C Spire’s culture of learning, development, and connection.

  • The C Spire Foundation was proud to present The Bean Path Summer STEAM Camp and Robotics Club with a $30,000 donation. The Bean Path is a Jackson-based tech nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and organizations build the skills and access they need to thrive in a digital world, bridging the digital divide in Mississippi. We’re proud to support an organization playing such an important role in growing technology access, education, and opportunity across our state.

  • What could be C Spire’s next breakout opportunity? That was the challenge presented to this year’s intern teams during the annual Ideathon, where participants developed bold, innovative ideas that could help shape the company’s future. The prompt pushed interns to think beyond traditional solutions and explore possibilities across new products, AI-driven technologies, strategic partnerships, customer experience improvements, and emerging markets. The winning concept was developed by Delaney Bland, Yelish Giri, Jay Roy, Gracie Breazeale, Cederius Johnson, and Johnathon Tutor. The competition showcased creativity, collaboration, and forward thinking as interns explored new ways C Spire can create value for customers and grow its business. Congratulations to the winning team and to all the interns who participated in this year’s Ideathon.

Congratulations to our own Charles D. Watson II, SVP of Network Operations, on being named Deputy Chair of the GSMA North America Networks Group. The GSMA North America Networks Group brings mobile network operators and ecosystem partners together to align on shared network priorities, operations, and emerging mobile technology initiatives. In this role, Charles will help support the inter-operator network framework for operator-to-operator interworking, roaming, and national roaming restrictions across North America. The framework helps guide current and future services based on the region's regulatory and market environment. Charles will work alongside industry leaders to strengthen collaboration among North American operators, advance operational excellence, support seamless and secure network interworking and roaming, and help prepare the industry for the continued evolution of 5G and future network technologies. We know Charles will bring the same Customer Inspired mindset to the GSMA North America Networks Group that he brings to C Spire every day. He'll be a strong steward for better network and connection experiences for everyone.

  • With lettuce making headlines, having a reliable source for fresh greens matters. That’s why we’re proud to work with Salad Days Produce. No matter what’s happening across the industry, they help keep quality produce moving from farm to table.

"It makes all the difference in the world to have produce grown a few miles away and not shipped a thousand miles." Robert St. John's reasons for using Mississippi-grown Salad Days Produce in his restaurants are more relevant than ever. Here's how C Spire helps Salad Days grow high-quality living lettuce.

  • We are proud to invest $1 million in the Mississippi Children’s Museum’s LIFT Capital Campaign to help bring LIFT City to life. This first-of-its-kind learning space will give students in grades four through six hands-on ways to explore STEM, AI, smart technology, communications networks, and careers that are shaping the future. Investing in the next generation of problem-solvers, leaders, and innovators is one of the most important ways we can help move the communities that we serve forward. We’re proud to support the Mississippi Children’s Museum and the children, families, and educators who will benefit from this transformational project.

  • At C Spire, Al isn't a buzzword. It's a tool we're using to create smoother, smarter experiences for our customers. Recently, we implemented agentic Al to help with multi-customer routing, location awareness, and outage detection. That means faster triage, better focus, and more time for our support agents to do what matters most: resolve issues for customers. As Mark Britnell put it, "With Al agents handling triage, everybody can do the same thing at the same time. We got that time back, and it flows straight to customers." See how we use Al to stay Customer Inspired: http://cspi.re/Wp9150Znvf9
