Cliff has a sharp comedic voice and a unique ability to use animation to satirize everyday dynamics in a way that feels smart, absurd, and relatable. This piece is using humor to poke fun at the kind of insensitive leadership behavior most people would agree deserves to be called out. At a time when career changes and layoffs are very real for many people, that context matters.
