🎉Big News! Our very own Ellis Ledoux, a proud Westbrook native, was sworn in last night as our new City Clerk! 👏 From growing up in our community to serving it with dedication, he is the perfect fit for this role. As City Clerk, Ellis will be handling everything from maintaining official records to overseeing elections and providing support at council meetings. Congratulations Ellis! 🌟 At the same time, we would like to acknowledge that Angela Holmes will be passing the torch as she will fully transition to Assistant City Administrator. We’re excited for the new chapter ahead and know she’ll continue to make a significant impact in her new position. Congratulations Angela! 🌟

After 30 years of wrangling paperwork, answering every question under the sun, and keeping the Planning and Code Enforcement Department in line, Linda Gain is retiring. To celebrate her incredible dedication, we were proud to present her with the Key to the City—a small token for someone who has been such a big part of Westbrook. 🌟 Now, she’ll be tending to her garden, watching the birds, and enjoying a well-deserved break from office chaos.
