Meet Neta Jozefov, Business Operations Manager at Faye 💜 Neta joined Faye in July, 2025 and quickly became the go-to person for solving problems and making things run smoother. She’s constantly looking for ways to improve how we work, whether that’s refining a process, building a better workflow, or helping teams stay connected and focused. She came to Faye from the world of data operations, and it shows. Neta loves digging into the details, asking the right questions, and creating structure where it’s needed. More than that, she’s someone who genuinely wants to help others do their best work. She first heard about Faye from a friend who told her it was the kind of startup she would want to be part of. That was enough to get her curious, but what sealed it was the product itself. As someone who loves to travel, the mission instantly clicked. She saw the potential to grow, make an impact, and be part of something that feels exciting and real. Outside of work, Neta is always looking for new ways to connect with the world. She speaks 5 languages (and counting!) and loves observing and learning about other cultures. Her favorite trip was to Lago di Garda in Italy, where she got engaged.
