When your child's imagination turns a couch into an imaginary exam room. ✨ For Camilla Ferraro, purpose doesn’t just stay at work. She brought home a non-functioning prototype of the Vscan Air* and was soon being scanned by a tiny pretend clinician (her daughter), who started playing doctor with what she called a “pocket ultrasound.”👩🏻⚕️ Children absorb the meaning and motivation behind their parents’ work—especially when it’s rooted in care. 💜 #EveryRoleIsVital *Photo depicts non-functional prototype of Vscan Air for demonstration use only. Vscan Air is intended for use by qualified and trained healthcare professionals or practitioners who are legally authorized or licensed by law to perform ultrasound imaging.

At #SNMMI26, the future of nuclear medicine is already taking shape. 🩺 Theranostics, AI, and radiopharmaceutical innovation are helping move precision care into everyday clinical practice. By bringing together imaging, AI, smart software, and radiopharmaceuticals into one connected ecosystem, we’re helping health systems scale precision care and reach more patients.

Culture and belonging aren’t just words to us—they are lived in the everyday moments we share with colleagues, patients, partners and communities. ✨ Through our global Pride Alliance, an LGBTQ+ employee resource group, we're turning this vision into action every day. In medical technology, the strongest user interfaces are intuitive enough that clinicians never have to think twice about them. That's the challenge Virpi Lahdenmäki has spent nearly 30 years solving. As a Principal User Experience Interaction Designer, her focus is making technology easier to navigate. From early concepts to validated products, she helps teams design systems that support caregivers instead of interrupting them. So, they can stay focused on the patient in front of them. The hardest User Experience problem is the one no one notices when you get it right—and Virpi is passionate about exactly that. 💜 #EveryRoleIsVital #WomenInTech

Pain is subjective, making it one of the hardest symptoms to measure. When Dr. Bayo C. went from clinician to patient in the labor and delivery room, she experienced firsthand how easily pain can be misunderstood. When equipping healthcare providers with maternal fetal monitoring technology, we’re transforming complex patient and fetal data into clear, actionable insights—allowing teams to focus on patient care. 🖥️

The future of mammography is hitting the road. 🚌 Our Mammography Roadshow brings advanced breast care technology directly to healthcare professionals and industry leaders, creating opportunities for meaningful conversations around image quality, workflow efficiency, incorporating biopsy and CEM, and the growing role of AI in breast health. We set off earlier this month on the West Coast and will continue eastbound across the U.S. Step onboard to experience the full Mammography portfolio!

Health care starts with access to nutritious food 🥕 Through the Victory Garden Initiative, neighborhoods can grow their own food and build community resilience. Our colleagues, along with the Charles Antetokounmpo Family Foundation, volunteered at the Milwaukee‑based nonprofit to help build garden beds to support urban farming and help families affected by food insecurity. 🌱 We're grateful we could invest in this sustainable wellbeing program, providing people with access, opportunity, and the ability to thrive. 💜

At #ESTRO2026 we saw that the future of cancer care doesn't just depend on new technology—but how it works together. In radiation oncology, the timeline from diagnosis to intervention is critical for patients, but fragmented systems and manual processes can delay treatment. We shared how Intelligent Radiation Therapy (iRT), an AI-supported software, can help reduce the time from simulation to treatment planning from 7 days to 7 minutes through integration with RayStation by RaySearch Laboratories. We're optimistic about the future care for cancer patients and are grateful to European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO) for letting us be a part of it. ✨

Good design belongs in museums. Great design belongs in healthcare. Four GE HealthCare solutions received #RedDotAwards for excellence in design, spanning different modalities including image guiding solutions, positron emission tomography/computed tomography, cardiovascular ultrasound and patient monitoring. The process to bring these product designs to life from start to finish can take more than three years—demonstrating the team's unwavering commitment to building advanced technology with patient-centered design. Congratulations to our colleagues! 🎉
