有本地機構早前公布2025年「香港整體開心指數」為5.95分，自2022年後首度回升。比較各世代開心指數，Z世代（1997至2012年出生，18至28歲）指數最低，僅5.74分，與近年全球趨勢相符。 報告比較人生滿意度、生命價值、心理資本、外在環境、精神健康狀態、身體健康狀態及社會幸福感等領域的分數，當中，Y世代（1981至1996年出生，29至44歲）心理健康分數最低，報告指他們較受外在環境因素影響，不僅對經濟狀況感到抑鬱焦慮，他們之中亦有較高比例肩負照顧者身份，導致心理狀況較差。 了解更多：https://lnkd.in/gSdq58xB A local organization recently announced that Hong Kong’s overall Happiness Index for 2025 stands at 5.95, marking its first rebound since 2022. Among different generations, Generation Z (born between 1997 and 2012, aged 18–28) recorded the lowest score of 5.74, which is consistent with global trends in recent years. The report compared scores across several areas, including life satisfaction, sense of purpose, psychological resilience, external environment, mental and physical health, and social well-being. It found that Generation Y (born between 1981 and 1996, aged 29–44) recorded the lowest mental health scores. The report noted that this generation is more affected by external factors — not only feeling depressed and anxious about the economic environment but also carrying a higher proportion of caregiving responsibilities, which further impacts their psychological well-being. #香港01 #HK01 #香港 #開心指數

The event featured multiple forums, sharing of teaching case studies, topical lectures, workshops, and a challenge competition. It enabled teachers to stay updated with the latest developments in artificial intelligence and digital education, while cultivating students' skills in learning and applying AI and STEAM. The participants from the innovation and technology sector and the education community came together to explore the potential and future of digital education. Dr. Sze Chun Fai, Under Secretary for Education, was invited to officiate as the Guest of Honour at the opening ceremony. This marks the third time 01 Education has held the "STEAM+01" series of activities. This year, a challenge competition was added to encourage participants of different age groups to apply creative thinking and propose innovative solutions to everyday challenges or social issues, thereby promoting the widespread application of STEAM and artificial intelligence. It focused on the core events that influenced global capital market investment decisions in 2025, while looking ahead to 2026 investment directions to capture opportunities and position for the future. The panel was moderated by Ms Ren Lu, Executive Editor-In-Chief of HK01. In-depth discussions were held with guest speakers. Dr Yang Zhao, Managing Director, CICC Global Institute, stated that the certainty of China's economic transformation and upgrading in 2025 has strengthened, particularly with the demonstration of technological strength and shifts in domestic policy. However, for 2026, U.S. administration policies and the China-U.S. AI competition will become the biggest uncertainties. While bubbles in the AI industry are inevitable, the investment trend remains clear, and high-tech investment will continue its strong growth. Dr Yifan Hu, Investment Director and Head of Macroeconomics for Wealth Management Asia-Pacific at UBS, projected China's 2026 GDP growth at 4.5%-5%, with AI investment as the main driver. AI currently accounts for only 1% of GDP, leaving significant upside potential. The biggest risk is not market downturn but "missing out" (踏空). He recommended diversified allocation to power, gold, and alternative assets to manage volatility. Dr Ting Lu, Chief China Economist and Managing Director of Nomura, noted that the Chinese stock market performed well in 2025 due to AI breakthroughs and policy support, but economic momentum weakened in the second half, with declines in both consumption and investment. Together with a group of guest speakers, the discussion centered on the theme "AI Leading the Future: Driving Transformation in Hong Kong Industries". They explored how Hong Kong can leverage its strong research capabilities and the synergistic effects of the Greater Bay Area to attract and nurture top AI talent, build an open and innovative AI ecosystem, while ensuring robust data governance, thereby deeply empowering the city's high-value-added service sector. Dr Ruiyu Li , Co-founder of SmartMore Corporation, noted that the company was established in 2019 at the Hong Kong Science Park, with a focus on manufacturing applications. In the future, it plans to build cross-industry intelligent agents. He also emphasized the need to attract outstanding young talent from the mainland to Hong Kong, collaborate with primary and secondary schools to cultivate AI interest from an early age, help them find their positioning in the industrial chain, and develop internationally competitive products. Mr Clare Zhang, Senior Network Expert of China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited, pointed out that enterprises often lack comprehensive data, and the high cost of building in-house AI centers deters adoption, creating a vicious cycle. The company is promoting an AI sandbox program and preparing for its second generation, hoping to break through transformation barriers. Mr Michael Tam, Chief Brand Officer at UBTECH Robotics, proposed that the most worthwhile investment in Hong Kong is its people. Since landing in the Science Park in 2023, the company has collaborated with multiple universities. The first panel, titled "New Era of Currency: The Evolution of Hong Kong as a Financial Hub", was moderated by Dr Rocky Tung, Director and Head of Policy Research for the Financial Services Development Council. Speakers explored how Hong Kong can leverage its unique advantages to expand the offshore RMB market, strengthen its strategic position as a center for RMB financial innovation, risk management, and global asset allocation, and inject new growth momentum into the city's financial sector. During the panel, Prof Kai-Lung Hui, Elman Family Professor of Business, Chair Professor, Department of Information Systems, Business Statistics and Operations Management and Director of the Center for Technology and Business Ecosystem, HKUST Business School, stated that a licensing regime for stablecoins is an appropriate arrangement as it encourages innovation while reducing risks such as fraud. In the future, more countries and governments need to participate to ensure that blockchain and stablecoins can be implemented safely and compliantly under different geopolitical and market structures, with banks and institutions playing a particularly critical role in protecting users. Dr QU Hongbin, Chief Economic Advisor to Shenzhen Qianhai Authority, emphasized that Hong Kong's financial sector must upgrade and transform, becoming more customer-centric and providing the multifunctional services required by mainland high-tech enterprises. He also stressed that Hong Kong can take the lead in piloting stablecoins, enhancing its position and efficiency as an offshore RMB center, improving banking services, and boosting overall competitiveness. Prof Alex Au, founder of HKDAS Hong Kong Digital Asset Society, pointed out that blockchain smart contracts can automate payment processes, rebuild trust in supply chains, and promote the internationalization of RMB stablecoins. In the context of "de-dollarization," countries are seeking alternative currencies or assets and developing on-chain assets.
