Alex Lesperance, IFAS Human Resources Manager, is one of the longest tenured employees at the company. I was honored to represent IFAS along with my fellow IFAS colleagues Angela Randolph and PeiVen Cheah at the SDFM Washington Chapter NCR PDI. This year it was held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in our nation’s capital. We got the opportunity to interact with other Financial Management (FM) professionals in both the public and private sector. We also attended a number of training sessions and heard from thought leaders who covered a wide range of FM topics.
