Ambient AI as the operating system of healthcare. Here’s how Knowtex closed a $15M VA contract in 85 days by getting FedRAMP compliant with Delve. Landing large federal deals is not just about having a great product. It is about being ready to deploy the moment the contract is signed. Earlier this year, Knowtex, a company building a voice AI operating system for clinicians, signed a contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the largest integrated healthcare system in the United States. The deal came with a non negotiable requirement. FedRAMP compliance on a 90 day timeline. FedRAMP is one of the most demanding security frameworks in the world. Without it, Knowtex could not deploy into the VA’s infrastructure, regardless of product quality or clinical impact. In a competitive federal procurement, speed mattered. Teams that could show a credible path to FedRAMP readiness were the ones that could move forward. Delve helped Knowtex move faster than alternative approaches. Delve built a clear FedRAMP execution roadmap and provisioned a secure AWS GovCloud environment aligned with federal requirements. Delve mapped controls directly to Knowtex’s AI architecture and drove audit readiness end to end. The team received precise, actionable steps instead of months of guesswork. In 85 days, Knowtex reached FedRAMP readiness and unlocked the full 15M VA contract. That speed allowed them to deploy immediately while other vendors were still navigating compliance. Shortly after, Knowtex went live in its first VA hospital and began expanding to additional facilities. This is what compliance looks like when it is part of how a company operates, not something handled at the last minute.
