What a lovely reflection at the end of the year, Lisa. Happy holidays to all!
🪴 After a year of sharing, learning, and supporting one another, some of our most engaged TLC members took a break last week to get creative together over Zoom with artsy experts. One group built holiday centerpieces (mine pictured) and another learned tips for mixing up seasonal drinks. CX is unpredictable, deeply human, and meaningful. Our flower expert shared how heavy rain in California this week will disrupt deliveries and spark customer emotion. It was a powerful reminder of why patience, empathy, and great service matter so much. It made me think about the big themes CX leaders kept returning to all year in TLC: 📌 Stay human first. Your customers feel more than they explain, and your teams see more than they say. 📌 Create operational clarity. Confusion is the most expensive part of the customer journey. 📌 Be proactive whenever possible. Small, early signals prevent big, loud issues. 📌 Let AI help, but don’t let it replace empathy. The best CX blends automation with care. 📌 Celebrate the progress, not just the problems. Leadership is built on moments of meaning, not perfection. Closing out my first year at Kustomer with gratitude and appreciation for our thought leaders community. Here’s to even more collective learning, connection, and candid conversations in 2026! ✨
