The abstract title: "Safety Evaluation of a Sugar Replacement (Honey Truffle Sweet Protein) Derived from Nature" Zukora™ Honey Truffle Sweet Protein is a naturally derived sweet protein that is 500–2,500x sweeter than sucrose and produced sustainably through fermentation. The comprehensive safety evaluation — including genotoxicity assays and a subchronic oral repeat dose study — showed no adverse effects, supporting a strong safety profile for regulatory and commercial consideration This is a major milestone on the path to bringing Nature's Sweet Secret™ to the food and beverage industry.
