I helped build a multi-agent workflow at Notion that goes through thousands of hours of customer calls every month and turns them into a ranked list of what people want us to build next. The agents pull exact quotes from calls, group similar feature requests, then tie each request to potential revenue. We call the final report the “GTM Top 10.” It’s not the only thing we use to shape the roadmap, but it gives product teams a much clearer view of what customers are actually saying… with receipts attached. I suspect a lot of teams have some version of this buried across call notes, spreadsheets, and Slack. Here’s how ours works:
