Announced last month during the Convergence Games Showcase, we've confirmed that Townseek is setting sail to multiple platforms alongside a first look at our animated trailer! 🎥 Last year, we surprised our players with the news that both our game and our demo were coming to Xbox. Now we've revealed our full list of platforms, and when the game launches, players will be able to travel the skies of Explora on Steam, Steam Deck, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S! 🧭 While we've been planning for some of these platforms since day one, others only became possible with the help from the folks at Super Rare Games and the porting team at Meteorbyte. We're excited to finally be able to talk about some of these eagerly awaited console versions now! 🙌 In our first look at our animated trailer, we show some of the characters who helped shape Sir Reginald Sharkingston's journey. There're also some new locations and activities that we've never shown before! The animated trailer and editing was done by the team at Diva Agency with Capt. Jawline being voiced by Steven Kelly. It's great to finally see our characters come to life, but we're saving the full animated trailer for a later date, once we're finally ready to set sail! ⛵ We've got a lot to prepare for the months ahead! Over the coming weeks, we'll also be resuming our social media posts and community quests. Thank you for your continued support and for your wait leading up to launch so far. 🎉

Introducing Guest Designs! ✨ During development, we worked with digital artists for them to create sets of airship cosmetics for Townseek alongside us! These were really fun collaborations and a way to highlight and introduce even more creativity from other artists into our game. ✏️ These guest designs were inspired by a piece of fan art by the artist Requinoesis, which led us to reach out to them to create the Astral Bubble set as our first guest design. 🫧 We've got even more guest designs from other artists to show off in the future. You can see a teaser of them in this video, but we hope you look forward to them! 🐛

Surprise! Townseek is setting sail for Xbox! And guess what? Our demo is available on Xbox platforms right now! 🗺️ The demo has the same content as the demo that's currently available on Steam, but our players can now enjoy it from the comfort of their couch, or anywhere they are! 🛋️ Xbox is only the first of the platforms that Townseek is coming to that we're ready to announce at this time. The porting was handled by Meteorbyte and published by Super Rare Games. Calling all pet owners and pets! 🐶 With Townseek approaching the finish line ever so slightly, we're taking the opportunity to begin doing a few activities with our community to start re-creating interest in our game. The first one has been a blast so far! ✨ For our first activity, we're giving all pet owners the opportunity to have their pets appear in our game as critters. Our hand-drawn world is full of small animals that give life to it and now we're giving our players the opportunity to have their pets added in-game as some of them! 🐈 The activity has been running for a few days and will continue until the 6th of September. As of right now, the response has been incredible! We've had many new members joining our Discord Server, and a lot of activity across social media. While this is more of a player-oriented activity, if you're interested, you can also dock over at our Discord, show us some photos of your pets, and we'll consider them among the handful we'll be picking to add into the game! 👉 https://lnkd.in/dc-KgSkD We've already got some more interesting activities planned for future ahead, and we think they'll be a fun way to continue growing our community and creating interest for our players ahead of launch.
