Business Operations Analyst (ERP / Data Entry) – Remote

Contract through June 2028

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support project operations and ERP data management for a complex engineering program.

This is a remote contract position through June 2028 with occasional travel to Dillsburg, PA (2–4 times per year).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data accuracy, ERP systems, and supporting project operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project and job databases

• Enter project transactions including materials and labor into ERP (Epicor/Kinetic)

• Coordinate procurement and material tracking with the purchasing team

• Monitor and report transaction variances

• Update project estimates to actual levels monthly

• Support project teams with operational and reporting needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of data entry or operations support experience

• Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor/Kinetic preferred)

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel preferred)

• Familiarity with purchasing workflows or project tracking

• Ability to obtain DOE badging with access to CUI data
