Your role as a Client Director
The Client Director is a senior revenue leader responsible for selling high-impact consulting solutions to technology companies and their channel partners. The role will focus on lead pursuit, sales pipeline, relationship expansion, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You’ll work with experienced and specialized solution and delivery leaders in our co-sell model to drive new revenue and position Bridge Partners as the go-to consultancy for AI-enabled partner transformation.
Your skills and experience
We’re seeking relevant professional sales experience, including agency, consulting, or related professional services experience serving Tech sector clients.
Demonstrated success in solution selling; knowledgeable around partner ecosystems and partner/channel marketing and sales motions.
Outstanding networking capability, customer service orientation and ability to build effective and long-term advisory relationships with stakeholders, as well as awareness of modern tech industry dynamics and business drivers for growth.

Compensation
The base salary for this role is targeted at $150,000/year with significant additional production bonus and incentives based on KPI and revenue attainment.
