About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Data & Reporting to lead enterprise-wide analytics and reporting initiatives that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will play a critical leadership position in shaping data quality, accessibility, and insight delivery at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute enterprise data and reporting strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Design and implement scalable reporting frameworks and BI solutions to improve consistency, accessibility, and agility
  • Partner with senior leaders to define key metrics and embed data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Lead, develop, and mentor your staff, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 9+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting, including 5+ years in leadership roles within the insurance industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI; SQL experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of insurance data structures and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
