What You’ll Do
Define and execute enterprise data and reporting strategies aligned with business objectives
Design and implement scalable reporting frameworks and BI solutions to improve consistency, accessibility, and agility
Partner with senior leaders to define key metrics and embed data-driven decision-making across the organization
Monitor industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Lead, develop, and mentor your staff, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
9+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting, including 5+ years in leadership roles within the insurance industry
Advanced proficiency in Power BI; SQL experience is a plus
Strong understanding of insurance data structures and regulatory reporting requirements
Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
