Medical Science Liaison (MSL) — AI Training
About The Role
We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and medical affairs professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems built for life-science applications. Your clinical expertise will directly shape how AI understands, communicates, and reasons about complex biomedical data — making a real impact on the future of healthcare intelligence.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role ideal for MSLs, clinical educators, and scientific advisors who want to apply their expertise in a new and exciting domain.

What You'll Do
Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and scientific content for accuracy, clarity, and clinical relevance
Validate that clinical trial data, safety information, and medical narratives are correctly interpreted and communicated
Identify errors, gaps, or misleading statements in AI outputs related to biomedical topics
Provide structured expert feedback to improve AI model quality across life-science datasets
Apply your experience communicating with healthcare professionals to assess whether AI-generated content meets real-world HCP standards
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications
Proven experience engaging or communicating with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
Strong ability to interpret clinical data, medical publications, and regulatory materials
Experience in a field-based or externally facing medical role — MSL, clinical educator, scientific advisor, or equivalent
Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific integrity
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality review workflows
Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in healthcare or life sciences
Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
