We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, source qualified candidates, and drive a smooth, efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates
Evaluate candidates against role-specific must-haves and nice-to-haves
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate hiring data
Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Work with agencies or vendors as needed for specialized roles
Requirements
3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience hiring for technical, corporate, or operational roles (based on company needs)
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Agency recruiting experience
Experience working with startups or high-growth companies
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
