Role Overview

Join the Firmwide Marketing PMO to lead large-scale, visible programs with ownership, complexity, and accountability. This role requires an independent operator to drive end-to-end programs across content franchises, campaigns, client experiences, digital platforms, governance, and partnerships.

This strategic role involves planning, execution, risk management, governance, and delivery from concept through post-launch, aligning with Firmwide Marketing and COO priorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Initiative Leadership
  • Lead complex, multi-workstream programs comparable to firmwide franchises, spanning video, audio, digital, events, and channels.
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with timelines, milestones, and delivery models.
  • Drive programs from concept and stakeholder alignment through launch and post-launch measurement.
Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across various departments and external agencies.
  • Proactively identify risks and decision points, providing recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional forums to ensure alignment and accountability.
Governance, Risk & Controls
  • Ensure programs meet governance, legal, and compliance requirements, collaborating with relevant partners.
  • Manage disclosure alignment, review workflows, and approvals across formats.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and decision logs.
Execution Excellence & Speed to Market
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and asset trackers for rapid execution.
  • Drive efficient workflows balancing speed, quality, and control.
  • Continuously improve PMO processes and templates.
Communication & PMO Leadership
  • Produce clear, concise updates for senior leadership.
  • Serve as a model PMO leader, setting standards for program management.
  • Mentor and collaborate with PMO team members.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in program or project management within marketing, media, content, digital, or complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead large, high-visibility initiatives with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulated environments, including governance, legal review, and compliance.
  • Strong command of project planning tools and reporting, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills for decision-making.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
