Answer is nail the job you're in. I think oftentimes you know you've got a mix of folks that are aspirational and looking for that next opportunity. And it's important to do that. But you got to keep it in balance with the fact that the best calling card that you have for any other organization or person being interested in you is you being absolutely delivering. And nailing the job that you're in. I often talk with a lot of young people who are aspiring and they're so interested in how they get to the next spot that they're not looking at that that that golden card that they have. I mean, it's like Wonka's ticket, right? And the golden ticket is you being the best at what you do.
