And so our goal as a company, and you know, going back to what you said about leadership and hiring A-Team, every single person on our team is hired for two reasons #1 they're passion to solve the problem and #2 are they a cool person to hang out with? Everything else we figure out, OK, If you need to be a better engineer, I'll send you to school. If you need to be a better leader, I'll send you here. If you need help on learning on Outlook, we'll figure that out. But if you're a cool person to hang out with and you care a lot about solving this problem, you're right for our team.
