Such a fun little song

I like the quirky, watery quality of the texture at the beginning. The drop at :23 has a nice rhythmic appeal, and you use the vocal samples well too. The texture is still pretty minimal for much of the track, with more opportunities for harmonic depth and variety. The atmosphere at 1:12 is really nice, though, as is the sound design between the crisp beats, rich bass, and dreamy pads. I like how you switched up the drop the second time around, and the rhythmic content is especially compelling there. The spacey outro is also a nice touch. Overall, you nailed the sound design, danceability, and atmosphere of this one. I might’ve liked to hear some more melodic content - the breakdown at 1:10 seemed like a missed opportunity for that - and also some punchier drums during the busier sections. That said, you definitely took a bold approach to the second drop, and this piece comes together really well. Keep at it, SoTshu! Thanks for coming out to the NGUAC. ^_^
