The city is https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q41262?uselang=en-GB, the admin area is https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q21885994 . relation/123292 should link ot the latter, node/24913081 the former.
Other links in here may have similar issues.

Thanks, fixed. I will review all admin levels vs wikidata very soon - there is a lot more cleanup work to do, esp because there are some WD entries that represent multiple things.
