A little about me:I'm an artist primarily working in watercolor, (although I also have worked in oil on canvas, pastel on hand-made bark paper, and pen &amp; ink and charcoal)My first love is watercolors, which I began over 20 years ago...and they are still my favorite medium.Early on, my paintings won awards and my friends told me I made watercolor look easy. LOL!&nbsp; I'd say a high level of interest in detail and just plain LOVE and lots of practice.I still have a lot to learn, and I love to see what others are doing! I have taught one-on-one workshops in my studio, and love to teach and help others learn the techniques and tips of watercolor.Here are some of the seniors painting in a watercolor class I developed especially for seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia.<img src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53419081878_7558b6cc69_c.jpg" title="">For over 20 years, I had a full line of prints and licensed products based on my Southwestern style pastels, and I still do commissions of that style of work.<img src="https://live.staticflickr.com/4841/31128125447_a83a476229_o.jpg" title="">But now, my love of birds and nature, surreal dreamwork, mythology and folklore, I have stepped into doing other styles of work that make me happy.<img src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53381944592_9d67706144_b.jpg" title=""><img src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53404109083_3d12bf89da_c.jpg" title="">I want to share my journey with those who love art, so please feel free to ask any questions about the work, techniques or supplies I use.Thank you for visiting my Patreon page!
