On swapping of card user data is get authenticated with the previously stored data If data matches user gets an access If user authentication fails then buzzer buzzes the security guard nearby Micro-controller handles all the communication

The micro-controller also handles the actuators at the door for opening and closing of door LCD displays the status messages about the user authentication

In future this can be used for home security purposes A multiple number of users can use their unique card This can be used for car locking system For protection of very sensitive data smart card can be used instead of passwords n code words

With the addition of real time clock the user data log can be store in the system By addition of software and hardware support user entries can be monitored
