Compensation: Compensation during training period and after absorption would be explained through a power point presentation at the time of the interviews. Selection Process Selection process consists of following steps: 1. Aptitude test. Students are allowed to use non programmable calculators. 2. Interview for candidates clearing online aptitude test.
