Sub-Contractor'S Contract Agreement For Tower Erection & Paint

This agreement is between Pakserve (Private) Limited and Saifiq Builders for tower erection and painting work. Saifiq Builders will carry out all erection work for tower sites for Rs. 1400 per meter for epoxy paint and Rs. 1300 per meter for enamel paint. The work includes receiving materials, erecting towers, paint work, and installing lights. Payment will be made in stages - an initial advance, installments on completion of erection and painting, and a final payment after client acceptance. Rates apply to all sites. SUB-CONTRACTORS CONTRACT AGREEMENT For Tower Erection & Paint

This agreement is made on 18th. day of August. 2008, between M/S Pakserve (Private) Limited, having their office in Plot # 193(Basement) Street # 01,I-10/3,Islamabad, (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor)on the one part and M/S Saifiq Builders resident of Chah Mohane wala,Pirhar Gharbi Ghair Mustaqil,Kot Adu District Muzafer Ghar, (hereinafter called Subcontractor) on the other part. WHEREAS, it is agreed between both the parties that all the Erection Works for tower sites will be carried out by the second party The Subcontractor on the terms and conditions as stated below and the agreed rate is Rs. 1400.00 (900+500) per meter height of tower for Epoxy paint &Rs.1300(900+400) for enamel paint. The works will consist of: A- Receiving the tower material from Client warehouse as per provided list. B- Complete erection of tower up to the clients satisfaction. C- Complete paint work to match the required thickness ( If applicable). D- Fixing of O.B. lights with G.I. pipes and provision of wiring for the same, the pipe, cable and other accessories will be provided by Pakserve. E- The mode of payment will be as under: TOWER ERECTION ONLY.

25% of erection cost as an advance. 65% on completion of tower erection including OB Lights. 10% after satisfactory acceptance of Tower Erection by Clint. TOWER ERECTION WITH PAINT.

25% of total cost 35% of total cost after tower erection completion with OB Lights. 30% of total cost after completion of Paint. 10%after acceptance of Tower Erection & Paint by Clint. F- Rates mutually agreed will apply on all sites situated any where for green field areas or for rooftops. G- Subcontractor will arrange safety items at site, like safety helmet, gloves, safety shoes if necessary, etc. for the workers to ensure safety measures required.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF both the parties have put their signatures and seals hereunder after mutually agreed upon the above terms and conditions and the rates given above on the dates mentioned against their respective signatures.
