Background of the : Project

The proposed development is located on part of lot PT49054, Pusat Bandar Putra Permai. The site occupies a total land area of approximately 6.05acres. It will be developed into 7 blocks of shop/office with a bus termainal. The approval for overall external infrastructure layout plans including water reticulation, sewerage reticulation, earthworks and road & drainage by relevant local authorities had been secured by Hussein & K.H Chong Jurutera Perunding (M) Sdn. Bhd. Design the overall building structural works and internal Infrastructure Works Tujuan Ehsan Sdn Bhd Tujuan Ehsan Sdn. Bhd.
