Development Review Committee Agenda

The Development Review Committee will meet on December 16, 2013 to review 4 development projects. The meeting will be held in the 3rd floor conference room. The projects include: a revised plan to subdivide a 43.97 acre farm into 2 lots in Poolsville; a childcare center proposed for a 1.05 acre lot in Clarksburg; a subdivision of a 1.59 acre property into 2 lots in Olney; and a proposal to subdivide a 0.52 acre property into 1 lot in Bethesda. The next DRC meeting will be on January 6, 2014.
