Events Description

1. Ideas to Initiative: Inviting ideas from our L&T MFY family.
2. Omani Women's Day: 18
th
October to be celebrated as Omani Women's Day.
3. Annual Day: Annual Day of the L&T MFY Family, shall be conducted on the

rd
Week of December.
4. Wellness Workshops: Series of Wellness Workshops shall be arranged
starting from September, where we shall be inviting Speakers from Art
Of Living, Nutritionists, Yoga gurus etc.
5. Open Day: In November, L&T MFY shall open its gate for families and
friends of L&T Employees, it shall be a day of Fun for the Employees
and their families, Visitors shall be given a tour of the different
facilities in the yard, which shall be followed by Lunch.
6. Family Outbound: As the winter, gives Sohar reprise from Heat, outbound
programs shall be organized for L&T Family members, to nearby tourist
must sees!
7. Every month L&T MFY, HR team shall organize fun and games. So watch out
for emails from [email protected].
