- set a one inch margin at the top, bottom, and both sides.
o What are appropriate Font Types?
- easy readable typeface.
o What should the Font Size be?
-12 inch font size.
o How should the Page Spacing be?
- double spaced.
o How do you do Page Numbering?
- number all pages consecutively throughout the research paper in the
upper right-hand corner, one-half inch from the top and flush with the
right margin.
o Where should Name, Subject, and Date placement be?
- beginning one inch from the top of the first page and flush with the
left margin, type separate lines and double space between each line.
o Where should the Essay Title Placement be?
- doesn’t need a title page. If your teacher requires a title page,
format it according to the instructions you are given.
o What should be the Paragraph Spacing?
-one space.
