Process Flow for Septage

Removal and Disposal


Prepared by:
The Offices of Hon. Cabrera, Dizon,
and Gabuya Jr.

Step 1.
HAULER

BARANGAY

1. Homeowner selects a HAULER


2. Homeowner will get a septage removal and disposal permit (triplicate
copies) from BARANGAY
Pay a fee (uniform fee to be set by Septage Mngt. Board)
BLGU to check if hauling schedule is ok (No fiestas or community
activities)
BLGU to check if hauler selected by homeowner is accredited
BLGU to enter records in log book (name of homeowner, house
number, etc)

Step 2.
CITY HEALTH

1. HAULER will go to CITY HEALTH


Get the MANIFEST FORM
Get HAULING/EXCAVATION Permit and pay P150.00 (per client)

Step 3.
BARANGAY

CLIENT

1. HAULER will go to BARANGAY


Present the MANIFEST FORM and let the Barangay Captain/Authorized
Representative to sign
Barangay
Record name of hauler, OR number, sticker number in the log book
Barangay staff to guide HAULER to the clients house.
Barangay staff to monitor removal process (note time started and
time ended)
After removal, barangay staff to place sticker in the house
Printing of stickers c/o CTO
Distribution c/o BLGU

Step 4.
TREATMENT
PLANT

1. HAULER will go to TREATMENT PLANT


Present the signed MANIFEST FORM together with BLGU permit,
Excavation Permit and corresponding OR;
Pay TIPPING FEES (P300/cubic meter)
CENRO to record the transaction on its log book
