UNDERSIGNED COUNSEL For PLAINTIFFS, to this Honorable Court most
respectfully MOVES for the transfer of the HEARING of the above-entitled case on 12 August
2009 at 9:00 AM to another date available to both parties and the court, preferably on
SEPTEMBER 9, 2009 at 9:00 AM.
Undersigned counsel will be in Cebu City from August 9-13, 2009 for a needed general
medical check up and hospitalization.
This motion is not intended to unduly delay the proceedings but due to the aforecited
reason.
