Dear Sir/Madam:
The Employees Compensation Commission will be conducting a Seminar on the Employees
Compensation Program (ECP) at the DOLE XI Regional Office located at 4 th Floor, Ching Printers
Bldg., Dacudao Cor., Lakandula St., Agdao, Davao City on July 10 at 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 noon. This
seminar, conducted free of charge, seeks to comprehensively orient and inform all the uniformed
personnel (PNP, BFP, AFP, BJMP etc.) about the Employees Compensation Benefits in which they are
entitled to in times of work-related contingencies. Further, it would seek to inculcate to the participant
the importance of safety consciousness in the work place. We also hope to gather inputs from the
participant on how we can develop a lasting partnership for an effective ECP information drive.
In this connection, we would like to invite at least two or three participants from your office to attend the
said seminar and those who would, in turn, convey to other members of your office the detail on EC
Programs. Snacks and lunch will be served to the participants. For this reason, we would like to hear
your response the soonest possible indicating the names of those who are to attend the said seminar for
