Adam Patrick Lipay is pursuing a MAT degree in secondary education from North Carolina State University with an expected graduation date of May 2016. He has a Bachelor's degree in History from NCSU with a minor in Spanish and a GPA of 3.4. As part of his MAT program, he completed a 30+ hour student teaching placement at Sanderson High School where he assisted a cooperating teacher and taught his own lessons. He is expected to complete his student teaching requirement in Spring 2016. Additionally, Lipay has worked as a competitive sports supervisor and official evaluator for the University Recreation department since 2012. He also has experience as a basketball camp instructor and job shadowing a teacher through his high school's National Honors Society
